SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- All shipments within the peninsula are shipped with Tips@ insured. Delivery varies depending on the area, usually between 1 and 3 working days.- We ship to the Balearic Islands, the service does not incur any additional charges and is usually sent by Correos.- We ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. This type of shipments will be sent by registered mail. You should be aware that the local customs may require the payment of the corresponding import tax. This amount will always be paid by the buyer.- We send to any place in the world by means of the economic international service of Correos. If you need a quotation for shipping to your country please contact us.- We ship from Monday to Friday, usually the product/s will leave our facilities the day after placing the order.- Our location is Albacete. In any case orders within the peninsula will be subject to customs charges.- The buyer will be notified by email of the status of the shipment and tracking.

RETURNS & CHANGES

We are very concerned about the satisfaction of our customers so we offer the possibility to exchange or return a product. It is important that you read the conditions carefully as there are some products that by their nature can not be exchanged and returned, we detail them below:

- The consumer has 7 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
- According to Royal Legislative Law 1/2007 of 16 November 2007, consumer goods whose price is subject to fluctuations of financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control, goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as personal hygiene items, personal prostheses, products of a consumable nature, products that are easily damaged and have been used, cannot be returned. It is also not possible to return hearing aids or sound amplifiers as they are the cause of the transmission of numerous diseases.
- In order to be able to refund the amount paid, it is essential that the product reaches us with the box in perfect condition, with the original packaging and with all the accessories without obvious signs of use. Products with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated products will not be refunded. o Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Under no circumstances will we accept a parcel sent to our warehouse carriage forward.
- It's absolutely obligatory to present the proof of purchase in order to process any exchange, return or guarantee.
- Although the law states that companies have 31 days to solve problems, we guarantee that in no case will the client have to wait that long, we have qualified personnel that will speed up the process tremendously.

CONDITIONS

All our products are brand new (unless otherwise stated in the advertisement) and come with all accessories for use and/or installation. They are guaranteed for 2 years from receipt of the product. Certain products such as car alarms, xenon kits, etc. require professional installation by a qualified person. An incorrect installation can cause irreversible damage to the product or vehicle, in this case the warranty DOES NOT COVER the damage. We are distributors and we do not know the installation of some devices, so it is the obligation of the customer and/or installer to be informed of the possible incompatibilities that may exist. If you have any doubts please contact us before installing the product.
