- Where can I change a product?
You can do it in our physical shop within the indicated period or request the exchange through our email: kabahmediterranea@gmail.com

In the latter case, exchanges will be accepted for one or more other models available in the e-shop.

- What is the deadline for the change?

You have seven days to make an exchange from the moment you have received the order.

- How should I return the product?

In order to exchange any product, it must be returned with the original packaging and labels together with the corresponding purchase document.

- How can I receive information if I change my address, e-mail or telephone number?

- Tare returns

For any return you have to contact us through our email address:kabahmediterranea@gmail.comindicating the incident that happened to you.

Once the product has been received, our company will examine the returned item and will proceed to refund it if it deems it appropriate.

For any return the items must be sent with their original labels and packaging as well as the purchase receipt.

The time to accept a return is seven days after the date of receipt of the item.
